It aims to equip students with the knowledge, skills and tools necessary to make informed decisions and implement sustainable and efficient agricultural practices. It covers the basics of agronomy, crop management, breeding and crop protection.

The purpose of rural economy is undoubtedly to deepen the understanding of economic phenomena that occur in the agricultural sector and to understand its relations with other sectors.
