Lesson Planning

A lesson plan is the instructor’s road map of what students need to learn and how it will be done effectively during the class time. EFL learners should understand that before they plan a lesson, they will first need to identify the learning objectives for the class meeting. Then, they can design appropriate learning activities and develop strategies to obtain feedback on student learning.

Class Management

In the field of EFL teaching, classroom management is a crucial issue as it is considered the orchestration of classroom life which lies within the forum of ideas. Learners need to understand that effective teaching/learning will never take place in a poorly managed class; rather, a well-managed classroom will always provide a conducive environment in which teaching and learning flourishes.
